Mannavibes Inc is a California Silicon Valley based company with a revolutionary health app product. Our frequency emitter applicator is a delicate part of our system and Sellectronics Ltd was recommended to us by one of our UK based team members. We previously manufactured the unit here in Silicon Valley. We placed our order pre Covid with Sellectronics and while we encountered some delay the professionalism of Sellectronics to keep us updated on the situation and progress was highly appreciated. The communication on all fronts was top notch from suggesting changes to the PCB lay-out, to requesting the test procedures. Above all, the workmanship of the final assembled product was incredible, considering that this product is all made by hand, the units we received all looked the same, perfect soldering, all within the claim of space we needed to do our final integration. Outstanding work by Sellectronics Ltd and we would not hesitate to recommend to others.

We were recommended to give Sellectronics a call regarding our requirement for a bespoke AC to DC sinusoidal waveform rectifier. This would allow us to compliment an existing range of motor drive products. Graham and the team were able to take a basic circuit layout and convert it into the necessary Gerber and manufacturing data. Sellectronics sourced all the components and manufactured a small run of ready to use PCBs within 7 working days. The final PCB includes fitted Molex connectors bespoke to our build and unused pinouts for our future demand. Upon manufacture completion we were given a full package of data files, BOM and CAD models. The 3D CAD files could be then used to produce custom 3D printed enclosures. We are delighted with the final part outcome and finish. We plan to collaborate with Graham and the team for future projects.

Sellectronics were introduced to the Alert earlier in 2022 following quality issues with a previous manufacturer, and have proven to be very professional and helpful - a real asset to Alert’s team if getting boards built and sourced. The recent electronic component shortages have stretched everyone involved in the industry, but Graham has always been very adaptable and has worked alongside us to solve any issues as they have cropped up. The build quality on all the boards we’ve ordered has been excellent, and I’m looking forward to working further with Sellectronics in future.

We were recommended to give Sellectronics a call regarding our requirement for a bespoke RGB cabin lighting system on flexi PCB. This would allow us to complement an existing range of cabin systems. Graham and the team were able to take our Gerber data, along with a standard BOM to produce our prototypes. Sellectronics sourced all the components and manufactured a small run of ready to use PCBs within 10 working days, of which some parts were problematic to source due to the global component shortage. The finished product was manufactured to a very high standard and met all our IPC-610-A requirements. After this initial batch we visited the Sellectronics factory & offices in Falmouth to conduct an AS9100 quality audit and were pleasantly surprised by what we found. A highly capable and well-equipped modern factory with strong robust systems and production control complete with capacity planning. The manufacturing layout was exceptional with one of the best product flows we’ve seen. One of the Top UK CEMs for Manufacturing capability & management utilising the latest technology in delivering the customer requirements we would even go as far as World Class. Following this prototype success, we have grown our business with Sellectronics with more opportunities for existing PCBAs and our new designs.
